🌲 Once shipped, allow 2-5 days for orders to be delivered (US, Canada, UK, Central Europe, Australia). Rest of the world can expect longer shipping times.
Returns & Exchanges
At Life is Best Outside, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your gear. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us.
Our General Return Policy
- Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EFTA Customers)
In compliance with EU law, customers in the European Union and EFTA countries have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive their order. If you wish to cancel your purchase within this period, you must notify us. While we will refund the full purchase price and original shipping costs (for standard delivery), you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
